This project aims to capacitate Mapungubwe National Park Park in strengthening park management operations and the improvement of park internal roads.

The two main planned activities for this project entail:

(1) Upgrade of the main route (a gravel road) in the park from the park main entrance gate towards the Confluence Viewpoint

(2) Acquisition of two Landcruiser vehicles that will service the entire park. 

Project Outputs:

• Procurement of the two vehicles to support park operations and law enforcement activities

• Improvement and upgrade of section of internal park roads
