Any serious incidents (SI) in Transfrontier Conservation Area Financing Facility (TFCA FF) supported activities/projects must be reported immediately after the incident occurred. With a view to the time, it
may take to prepare a full Serious Incident Report (see Reporting Form in Appendix 1 to this document), the Grantee is required to submit an immediate e-mail with an informal initial notification to TFCA FF
within 48 hours after the occurrence of a serious incident.
