The purpose of a Stakeholder Engagement Plan (SEP) is to demonstrate how a project has engaged with stakeholders during the project design (design of the concept and full proposal), and the proposed stakeholder
engagement process that will be followed during the project’s planning and implementation. The Transfrontier Conservation Area (TFCA) Financing Facility (TFCA FF or ‘the Facility’) require Applicants/Grantees to have
established an outline of a SEP upon submission of a full proposal.
